Halloran Hall in Carryduff ? Northern Ireland is set in an impressive fifteen acres in the heart of North Down. Halloran Hall is an exclusive and sumptuous holiday retreat that offering guests the highest level of privacy, luxury and comfort. At only 7 miles away from the centre of Belfast, this gated 7,200 sq ft property has five double bedrooms with en-suite facilities, several spacious living, dining & entertaining areas, a viewing gallery, library, cinema and a fully-fitted gym. Other features include an outdoor hot tub, tennis court, award winning gardens and private lake stocked with brown trout. Perhaps its most unique feature, however, is a world-class championship golf practice facility, designed and created by professional golfer Rory Mc Ilroy. It's the perfect place to work on your swing!

Halloran Hall in Carryduff is fronted with double opening front oak doors which lead to the double height entrance porch. From here, a large cantilevered glass door heads into the Grand reception hall - ideal for cocktail parties and events thanks in part to the baby grand piano! The viewing gallery and sun room features a double height ceiling, double doors to patio and grounds and a double height electric roller blind. Here, you'll find superb views over gardens to freshwater lake and polished limestone flooring.

The dining room features a double sided gas fire and sliding oak display cases as room dividers from the drawing room. Double doors to grounds and tennis court, polished limestone flooring and a door to the west wing.

The kitchen comes with a range of black, high gloss cupboards, opaque glass worktops and glass splash backs with concealed multi-coloured lighting. There's also a double oil fired black Aga range with stainless steel splash back, subzero drawer freezers, integrated waste baskets, Miele dishwasher, centre island with opaque glass worktop, inset Blanco sink unit, Quooker steam hot tap, concealed sockets, a feature breakfast bar. Stainless steel Subzero fridge and stainless steel drawer freezer, Siemens Innowave microwave, polished limestone flooring, space for casual dining table and chairs and double glazed double doors to patio and BBQ area. In the West Wing, the hallway is accessed from the dining room or independently from the courtyard. Floor to ceiling double glazed windows, polished limestone flooring. The library features a wall hung contemporary style gas fire, TV plinth with oak drawers below, oak display unit with glass shelves and inset lighting. Wide plank solid oak floorboards deck the floor, and there's a set of double doors to gardens. Halloran Hall has five luxurious double bedrooms with en-suite wet rooms and separate dressing rooms. Two of the bedrooms also have luxury double sofa beds that can be utilised if required. The Library Room also has a double luxury sofa bed and there are two further fold-out beds allowing comfortable sleeping accommodation for up to 16 guests. Further guest accommodation can be arranged on request. Halloran Hall is the perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy a good nights' sleep. There's a state of the art security system including several movement sensitive cameras, infra-ray cameras and rapid response alarm system which are fitted though-out the property. The house is approached by a private sweeping driveway accessible via remote control electric entrance gates. The main driveway is flanked by mature beech hedging and feature driveway lighting. The driveway leads to a second set of remote control metal entrance gates and separate double timber gates to the upper courtyard. The award winning gardens extend to approximately six acres and feature manicured lawns, beautifully planted borders, mature trees and hedges. A natural fresh water lake is a delightful central focal point, and meandering illuminated walk ways are a lovely feature. The remaining nine acres feature a professionally created golf practice area with four greens; two of bent grass to US PGA standard and two greens of fescue grass similar to those on the European tour. A golf driving range with various tee and green positions and a Fifa standard Astroturf putting green complete the golf practice area. A floodlit ‘all weather' tennis court is accessed via a beautiful garden walkway. A sun terrace and separate BBQ area with built-in bench seating and polished granite food preparation area is situated just outside the Kitchen. The gardens & grounds surrounding Halloran Hall are winners of the prestigious 'Bog Oak Trophy' for overall best landscaped gardens in Ireland. Halloran Hall in Carryduff has rustic pathways and cobbled paving stones around the gardens and lake you can enjoy the numerous plants, flowers and fauna at your leisure.
