The Cottage (Ringstead) - sleeps 4

The Cottage in Ringstead, Norfolk sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms. The Cottage has undergone a complete refurbishment and now provides comfortable contemporary accommodation in the heart of the popular village of Ringstead. Ideal as a romantic getaway for a couple or for a young family of 4 or 4 adults.

The Cottage has a new kitchen/dining room with french doors onto a pretty, partly walled, enclosed courtyard garden, a large, yet cosy sitting room and two en suite bedrooms over two floors.

Accommodation at The Cottage

Ground Floor

Sitting Room
A cosy room with window to the front of the cottage. There are two comfortable sofas one is a gorgeous velvet 'pudding' sofa from Loaf and 2 large foot stools alongside a beanbag and wood burner. A window to the garden at the rear of the cottage. There is a Smart TV with freeview, DVD, lamps and shelves with lots of books & games to choose from. Coffee table & iPod docking station.

Kitchen / Dining Room
Leading off the sitting room is the kitchen, a modern cottage kitchen, with integral ceramic hob and oven & grill below. There is a butler sink, under counter fridge, microwave, Nutribullet, toaster, kettle and washing machine. There are windows on either side of the kitchen and a stable door leading out to the enclosed garden behind.

First Floor

Master Bedroom & En Suite
King size bed and baskets to the side, luxury bedlinen and towels, chest of drawers, reading lamp, arm chair and fitted wardrobes. A Roberts DAB digital radio and hair dryer.

En Suite Bathroom
Separate walk in main pressure shower, bath, WC & wash hand basin.

Second Floor
Steep stairs up from within the Master Bedroom

Twin Bedroom
The airy attic room has twin antique single beds, with both head & foot boards (beware tall people over six feet!) and is ideally designed for children, with a chest of drawers, lamp, toy boxes, doll’s house and velux window with lovely field views. Guests should note that the access to this room is through the master bedroom and the only bathroom in the cottage is en suite to the master bedroom.

Outside
There is parking immediately outside the property on the road, or if you would prefer to park off the road there is a car park that is free to use outside the village hall, just passed the Gin Trap on the left about two minutes' walk from The Cottage. To the rear of the cottage is a fully enclosed, walled patio garden with flower beds and shrubs. There is garden furniture for four, a covered pew seat and an outside shed where an original Victorian range and washing area were recently exposed. Pease bring your own beach towels
