Details of Westfield Barn
Westfield Barn in Yelford sleeps 4 people. Westfield Barn is located at the end of farm track; Westfield Barn is a conversion situated deep in Oxfordshire Cotswolds' countryside with nothing but open countryside, wildlife, the occasional tractor and a couple of neighbours to keep you company. Peace and quiet are a given, miles of walks in unspoilt similarly and all this within short drives to either Burford, the Cotswolds or (in the other direction) the 'dreamy spires' of Oxford! Inside, the barn is simply furnished, providing comfortable, clean self-catering accommodation within a spacious barn across two floors. The open plan space on the ground floor with the large, sliding doors/windows giving views across the countryside is particularly appealing. Upstairs are two good sized bedrooms (plus a third if required*) and a family bathroom ideal for a family or for two couples. For people looking for a holiday in a peaceful, convenient location at an attractive price, this is the perfect choice - we were absolutely bowled over by the location!
ACCOMMODATION
Entrance through to main living area.
Kitchen, well equipped with electric hob, oven and grill, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge freezer. There is also an occasional table with two chairs. The kitchen is very new!
Living Area is cosy with sofa and chair plus flatscreen TV and DVD player. This is in the corner of the barn, next to the large dining area (table and 6 chairs). The light floods in from both sides of the barn to make this bright and airy.
Cloakroom / Shower Room with shower, WC and washbasin, plus washing machine and tumble dryer.
Upstairs
Bedroom One with king size double bed (5ft), Wardrobe and chest of drawers. An attractive, double aspect room with great views.
Bedroom Two, with two single beds plus a wardrobe
Family Bathroom with bath, shower over, WC and washbasin.
Bedroom Three - with a single bed, available for use at an extra, additional cost for a fifth person*.
Outside
Westfield Barn in Yelford is detached and surrounded by a garden, almost all of which is laid to lawn. There is ample parking to the front of the barn, whilst to the rear is a small garden area, to the side is an area of 'hardstanding' which is once where the old barn stood!
