Converted from an old barn in 2014, every effort has gone into creating a truly luxury home with high quality touches, fixtures and fittings throughout. The engineered oak flooring, the handmade kitchen, the inglenook fireplace and hotel style bathrooms with limestone flooring and chrome fittings, all come together to give this (and you) the holiday and location you'll not forget quickly. The views across the hills are awe-inspiring - you can even sit and watch one of the UK's leading racehorse trainers put his horses through their paces as they gallop in the distance, his stables are around the back! The horse theme is carried through the barn with historic art adorning the walls, with much focussed around the strong links this farm also has with polo. Yes - you've landed!! Without question, this is an exceptional holiday 'cottage' for families or groups, especially those who like the very best and want to sample the 'real Cotswolds'. There are two pubs within 2 miles of Thorndale Farm Barn in Northleach too.
ACCOMMODATION
Entrance through to boot room with ample hooks and space for boots, etc. plus washing machine, tumble drier and washbasin.

Living Area with multiple large comfortable sofas, plus additional armchairs, centred around a traditional wood burning stove within an inglenook fireplace (logs supplied), large TV with Freeview.
Kitchen, modern and contemporary handmade wooden units with granite work surface; 5 ring gas range, triple oven and grill, large fridge and freezer, dishwasher plus bar stools.
Dining Area (which can comfortably seat up to 8+) has an antique dining table with 8 chairs. There are views from the large glass windows and door to the front.
Cloakroom (a real wow factor room!!) with WC and washbasin.
Upstairs
Master Bedroom Suite with super king size double bed (6ft), wardrobes, chest of drawers, dressing table en suite bathroom with bath, separate shower, WC and washbasin.
Bedroom Two with four-poster-bed (5ft, king size), wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Bedroom Three with two single beds (which can be made together if required) wardrobe and chest of drawers with an en suite Shower Room, WC and washbasin

Outside
Thorndale Farm Barn in Northleach has a private (not enclosed) garden area to the front, with a bench plus table and chairs, a perfect place to enjoy the views. You approach the property via a private drive shared by the owners, guests and Kim Bailey (horse trainer) who trains his horses on the land surrounding the property. The owners live 'around the corner' but you are very private. There is ample parking.
