Sharing ½ acre gardens with the owners, its sits just 2 miles from Clifton Moor retail park, Waterworld swimming pool, gym and cinema, whilst the city of York, with its Roman walls, medieval streets, Minster and designer shopping is an easy 3½ mile bus journey. Fountains Abbey, Pickering, Whitby and Scarborough are all within an hour's drive. Pub and shop ½ mile.
