Clovelly, Big Sheep, England's oldest golf links, an indoor pool, good sports facilities, Rosemoor RHS Gardens, Appledore's art galleries, and Atlantic Village are all within a 15 minute drive. Cornish border 12 miles. Easy access to Exmoor and Dartmoor. Eden Project 1½ hours drive.

It was a delightful cottage and far surpassed my expectations. The owners were charming, friendly and the 'welcome pack' of wine, scones, cream and jam was just one of the things that proved they went 'the extra mile'. Bathrobes and towels were provided. Kitchen 'extras' included dishwasher and dishwasher tablets, tea, coffee, sugar and condiments. We could not have asked for more.
