A conversion of a former stables, the ground floor of this detached property is now available as a homely holiday let, with the owner occupying the adjoining first floor. Well-equipped and comfortable, guests enjoy a private entrance, private parking and outdoor furniture for warmer weather. The bedrooms offers a convenient en-suite, complete with a shower cubicle with shower seat and grab rails, making it ideal for less mobile guests. For guests looking to leave the car behind, Burneside Halt is a short walk away. It serves the Windermere
Branch Line and offers trains from Windermere to the North West, Oxenholme on the West Coast main line and to the south, Lancaster. Walkers of all abilities can enjoy easy access to routes throughout this charming area, while the popular Dales Way runs just across the river from Melmore Stables.
